The Ultimate 40-day Supply retails for $749.99. As its name suggests, it provides enough food for one adult for 40 days. I haven’t been able to see its actual calorie count, so I can’t say for sure there will be enough calories to actually allow someone to survive for that long. But nevertheless, Food Insurance makes good products. And hey, you might get this one for free. Here is a list of what the Ultimate 40-day Supply contains:

The Ultimate 40-Day Supply contains a 40-day supply for long-term food storage for 1 adult, an emergency plus kit, a quick stove, a box of freeze-dried ice cream sandwiches, and a bucket of Food Insurance™ non-hybrid garden seeds.

All items in the 40-day supply have a 25-year shelf-life. The supply contains:

• 1 can granola
• 1 can lasagna with meat sauce
