When an individual purchases a product from Food Storage Reviewer (FSR), FSR orders that product from the actual manufacturer or distributor. The product then ships directly from the manufacturer or distributor’s warehouses via UPS or FEDEX.
FSR does not own any inventory and simply is able to get you, as the customer, a better price on products because of our relationships with many of the emergency preparedness companies in the industry.
Products are normally shipped within 2 – 3 weeks from date of purchase. Occasionally, when there is very high demand, shipping may take up to 4-6 weeks on certain products.
As soon as tracking numbers are provided by the manufacturer, FSR will email the tracking information to you and then call you to let you know when your shipments should be delivered.
